I am extremely frustrated with the shameless ad blocking feature of this app! Every time I try to use it, ads completely block the screen, making it difficult to access the content I want. It's infuriating to have my experience interrupted repeatedly by this intrusive blocking. Instead of enhancing my experience, it's doing the exact opposite. I expected a smooth and enjoyable interaction, but this constant disruption is unacceptable.

The app gives accurate time for when the bus arrive, which is great. However, the problem is that there are ads always popping up when I really need to see the schedule. What is even worse is that there is an unskippable ads, which makes this even more annoying than it originally was. Whenever I need to look at when the bus will arrive or when it is the last bus, I want the information as quickly as possible so that if I realized I am late, I can go to another transportation without any delay.

The ETA is not always accurate. For example, the app says my bus will arrive in 10 mins. After checking again after 5 mins, the app then shows 20 mins. And I'm using a brand new Samsung phone so there was no tweaking/system modification / GPS coordinate spoofing done. Also, don't bother searching by destination; you will be asked to call the hotline. App is a waste of battery, storage space and brain cells.

Terrible and slow app full of ads when it's working, inaccurate or down nearly all of the time. Gets worse with each update filling up with more useless junk rather than optimising it's core scheduling problems. Waiting for it to load takes longer than waiting for the bus. Customer support is useless, all lip service and no action. They don't even have any idea what's going on with their buses. You can have a service skipped and they'll say it left on time.

Very unreliable app. I would highly recommend not to trust this app when you have a tight schedule. Basically, the time shown for bus arrival is extremely misleading. In my particular experience, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for bus to arrive while the time shown was just 10 minutes. Other passengers had different times shown on their app which is quite strange.

Awful! Half page ad on the search route page. Narrow scroll within 2 results height area like finger test game. And even unable to hide the input num pad. Always unable to auto-detect location with NO button for manual detect. Always search with NO result and ask you to contact CS. Have to re-search the same locations decents times for the result to appear like buying concert ticket. Is it really an app for human use?

Advertisements in the app are very annoying. They are played with loud sounds. It is very embarrassing in many situations, e.g. in a quiet bus, during meeting, or using the phone with kids around but the ad content is not suitable to them. There is NO way to turn off the speaker in this app. There is no other function in the app requiring speaker apart from advertisement. Therefore, cannot give any star in the below questions for rating.

Updates just add bigger ads that hide half the screen. EDIT. More and more ads. Haven't quite covered the whole screen yet so I expect more ads coming. Note to the developers, please pre- allocate the ad space, especially on the route search page. They keyboard jumps while entering the route number resulting in mis-typing. Really annoying. Update: This app is now just an ad deluvery system with a few bus times squeezed in.
