Broke my phone, now I have no access to this service. App doesnt work on a laptop. This really limits the ability to participate with this "online" training program. Good app if you can self motivate. If like me, you have had a personal trainer before & crave that personal guidance/ daily accountability this may not hit the mark currently. They are working on it. Water tracking should be added. I also feel like I should have acces to the videos already viewed since you already paid for them.

Easy and Convenient. Open Communication with your personal trainer. I Love that I explain my concern to my trainer and he actually listens, fixing a plan that best fits me. That is hard to find.

3/23/23 Trainers are good. Hate the app. 9/20/24 Pretty much same sentiment. The app still sucks. I wish they had a no frills app. Jist let me check off I'm done with one button, and make survey questions optional. It's such a pain to use. If I had other training access available, I would dump this app in a heart beat!

I personally love this app! Being a clinical Therapist id recommend this app! I pay around 95 a month and get a personal trainer that does a video aasessment then text to keep me held accountable to exercise! He sends weekly exercises and they really pay off! He also helps to monitor my nutrition! Their are many great trainers available Aaron is mine he is great especially with those new to exercising, toning, and he also is good with weight loss goals!

Kickoff fraudulently withdrew subscription fees from my account which were more than the subscription. Although I cancelled same day I subscribed they have refused to refund the fee and did not cancelled my subscription to justify the fee withdrawal from my bank. They blame Google play for me not getting the refund although I also cancelled the subscription through google play. Googleplay has also refused my refund, I believ because of Kickoff information justifying the fraudulent transaction
