It was fine until an update today. Now it keeps reopening on it's own. Why do y'all constantly fix things that don't need to be fixed. I will be deleting this app. 7-8-2020 Well once again Lennox has fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Now I have to constantly dump the app and reinstall it to get it to work. What a POS!!

I have 2 phones, one android and one apple, and neither one will open the app. When you are on a job trying to obtain parts numbers through the app and can't get in, it is a little frustrating. You folks are losing parts sales because I will make call to my local Johnstone to find a universal part or if they can get it.

Can open app, can look up parts and error codes, will not preform warranty lookup. Click the tab and it just sends back to home screen. Frustrating.

Lots of buffering (not my connection). Always login in and sents me back to logging page unable to look for what I need when I needed (frustrating). Very useful when able to login

What a waste of an hour. Makes you in a ton of information so they can sell you stuff. After finally getting it done, the parts cross refferencing doesn't work worth a damn. Don't waste your time.

The app is not as good as the website and the website is mediocre and hard to navigate everything is slow needs to be revamped entirely.

All I want is the technical data on an RTU so that I can weigh in the charge. I shouldn't have to register and wait for an account number that I won't use so that I can get this info. Lennox sucks.

I have to force stop it in the app manager to get it to quit geofencing, and it cannot be switched off in settings
