Version 3.6.0 - works very well to connect and configure. Best yet. I've worn MD Hearing devices for 4 years. Tried several other makes. None as good as old CORE units. New VOLT MAX 2 units when personalized beat every other device tried. Sadly the VOLT MAX devices are very prone to feedback and ultimately were returned. Updated app no longer connects with older CORE devices, so I'm stuck with no devices

I appreciate how this app is fully compatible with my Android phone. There are no disclaimers about limited functions, as I have experienced with another hearing aid company. The app is easy to use and responsive.

Every time I open the app the aids aren't connected. I'm constantly reconnecting them, which takes more than 3 times, when I want to make a change. I'd have given you less than a one if I could.

I previously rated this app to but now I'm going to reduce that to -1. It loses all contact with my phone within 2 hours and it is so unreliable I am absolutely fed up with it. Why can't you guys get your act together and give us some software that really has some value?

Major difficulty connecting to Bluetooth on Android phones. Discrepancy regarding connect status between Dashboard and Settings. Virtually impossible to complete a profile without Bluetooth disconnecting. May be partially due to my Motorola G6 phone with Android 9.0

Once my Volt Max 2 Hearing Aid's are set up through the App the performance is great ! However the Bluetooth connection keeps being lost unless my Android is within 6 inches from my face.
