how to snap receipt for the first time? i just downloaded it and i cannot snap my receipts. it says that I DON'T HAVE ANY TRANSACTIONS THAT'S WHY I CANNOT SNAP MY RECEIPTS. App so very bad. Very hard to upload on especially on the weekend. I already complain to CS on the mall or CS via whatsapp, they always said " because bad connection".. but when i watching youtube, i dont have any trouble

Aplikasi not easy going, why we need to customer service and also need to snap one by one again for the bill, why not just customer service put it like the aplication l-style why still need to snap again wasting time because we need waiting in customer service also snap bill just for 30 minutes after redeem by customer service.
