The app is good except for address functionality, the concept is very good and listed are some great restaurants in Calicut which otherwise not offering door delivery. The execution is also good. Only problem is being unprofessional. The boy is not worried about the food delivered is spilled, crushed or even mismatched. The office is not answerable or not keen to improve.

Worst experience ever from a food delivery app. You order something they take the money, and that's it. There is no way you contact someone if the food is not delivered, items are missing or delivery is delayed for like 2 hours. You can't contact customer service, because there is only one phone number, which will be either busy or not reachable. It happened once, I called and complained (after trying for 10 mins straight). Yet it happened again.

Many issues. First few days I was not able to sign up as the OTP was not coming. One that's resolved it's stuck at location fetching screen. It has location permission and it's getting location too. But still next button is not working.

Ordered via the app once. The restaurant I ordered from didn't have one of the items listed. A guy from potafo called & confirmed it proceed with the rest of the order & said the refund for the missing item will be credited to my account. But it did not happen. Next day I called the customer care. They put me hold for some time & said they'll call back. That too didn't happen. It's amongst the worst customer care experience I have had. I uninstalled the app. There are BETTER ALTERNATE OPTIONS.

I had a terrible experience with the Potafo app. The estimated delivery time of 39 minutes turned into a frustrating wait of over 1.5 hours. To make matters worse, they managed to forget one of the items I ordered. Their customer care was unhelpful, promising to call back but then disappearing. When I finally reached them, they were unresponsive and unwilling to take necessary steps to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed with their service. And the bill was missing as well. #PotafoAppFail

Please wait while fetching location. Thats the only message we receive from this app. Even inside the city limit, the app is never able to identify the location. Waste of time and data

I liked the older version. Its difficult to navigate through the menu as you have scroll down to see all the options. Earlier it was all side by side under each category so you just had to swipe to go from starters to main course to accompaniments etc. Other than that the new update is good. I was quite surprised when my order of 3 biriyanis and 10 appams along with a fish and chicken curries arrived in less than half an hour. There had been times when I waited for almost 2 hours. So hi5 for that
