DO NOT EVEN BOTHER, They claim to improve your credit rating but when you try to cancel, you're held hostage because they won't cancel until you pay them £14.95. for a service you don't need or use. Also their website isn't the most easiest to use when it comes to cancelling as it's very well hidden! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

This is not for Loqbox! I haven't used this app but I noticed many people leaving 1 start reviews because they've taken money and lining it to the Loqbox credit building and saving accounts. This app has nothing to do with Loqbox. If you read it carefully its called Looqbox and the icon is different. Please ensure if you sign up to anything you know what you're signing up to

HI, I'm not happy with everyone seeing my details. I use the app for credit building and saving accounts. I have been using it for a year now and need to check the terms and conditions. When I get my monthly statement, it is always in English, but when I try using the app, it is not clear what language it's in !!!!

This app is looqbox NOT loqbox. Please be aware! Looqbox is in Spanish - this is why people mention "it's in a different language" in their comments. This app is NOT the correct one if it's Loqbox that you're after. Avoid! P.S. I don't think there's an app for Loqbox either. Searching around seems to indicate it's Web-Browser based only.

Used this and my credit rating did not move. I was charged £2.50 extra per week for "premium" service - I still had to wait days for replies and I have no idea what I was given for an extra £10 per month. I now need to pay £30 to remove my money. Absolute waste of time and effort. Avoid.

I cancelled my subscription to this and they have STOLEN money out of my account twice now. I am taking legal action against loqbox. They have left me broke and have taken money that they should not have taken causing me have to take out a payday loan to feed my children. This app is a scam. Please don't trust them!!!!!!!

"LOQBOX" is a very excellent company. When I was in financial difficulty, I requested my savings, and they refunded it instantly and deducted only £30.00 from it.

It's useless you need to subscribe with money 💰 you don't have in order to get the money out. It's then extremely difficult to close the account
