This app was really helpful in finding a therapist. It removed the anxiety I felt of having to find an office, make an appointment over the phone and go through all the extra steps. The available therapists on here have useful info on their profiles to help with a selection, but if you don't fit with your first choice, finding another is easy.

The app works fine. But the company sends a text prior to each appointment with a link to connect on their website. They never told me to connect through the app. So half of my visits couldn't be video because my speaker wouldn't come on and the other half of my visits the speaker worked fine so in my research to get the video working with the speaker I stumbled onto their app. And now my first visit through the app my speaker worked and it went well.

Great app and very helpful but it would be even better if the scheduled appointment would automatically update when it is time. It is annoying to get a phone call that my provider is ready instead of having the app update and showing a norification and allowing me to join the call.

The doctors are always incredibly nice and helpful. Making appointments are super easy and you are always on with a licensed doctor in minutes. I just wish you could favorite doctors you've seen to increase the likelihood of you being matched with them again. But if the streak of amazing doctors continues, I guess it won't really matter.

I have to use this app because of my insurance for zero copay for therapy. I logged in to my video appointment and next thing I know the appointment was cancelled. I immediately called customer service and asked them what happened and they didn't know. I said please contact the therapist, I still want the visit. They said no they could not. Then they charged ME a $50 no show fee even though I had proof I did NOT cancel the visit. A week later I am still waiting to be refunded the $50.

Useless service. The app says 10 min wait time. Reality is about 7 to 8 hours. Then when connected to see a doctor, the doctor cannot turn on the camera and then cancels the appointment. I want to give a minus infinity rating.

I am very happy with app and the psychiatrist I work with. I can schedule appointments and it reminds me ahead of time and gives me options to cancel or change easily.

Quick and efficient. Once you learn how to navigate the app I'm pretty sure you'll never see your physician in person unless necessary. It's cheaper too!!
