what about if I don't have WiFi in the room yet? why can't I connect that washing mashine with my phone internet? that's terrible, machine refuses to work without Wifi. what the heck do you require location permission for? maybe you also need a microphone? or camera? why not? Horrible app, washing machine is lost after each restart. why so bad? have you ever tried using your app?

After the new update on 30 Oct or so, the app doesn't allow operate to my washer anymore. I'm stuck on a loading screen without anyway to select the options to operate the washer. I've fully registered the washer on the app, and I've been using it for the past 9 months. It's just after this "new look" 2.0 update that has caused my app to not work properly. Annoying to say the least

Why is my new portable air conditioner not detectable on the app? You should update the app with all your appliances, especially those that advertise as being app compatible. The "comments and suggestions" option on the app also doesn't work; it won't allow you to submit anything, it just says "wrong format" when you press submit.

it did nothing to value add the remote features. it essentially let you view the status of the washing machine. you need to able remote from washing machine itself for a start. when the washing cycle ends, one cannot set a new cycle because the washing machine will auto disable the remote feature. since it is the case, i might as well just start washing cycle from the washing machine itself and be done with it. why do i still need the apps for?

Use to connect to CAF-W36USW, not now. Not even listed in this app...worked up to a day ago, but no more? Is it really asking too much for you to ADD this Model for the Air Purifier section??? Don't tell me to contact you unless you have a fix. I am disability and NEED this to work via voice command with Alexa...ASAP!
