Can't login to website due to issue asking me to try again later. App won't let me login to my existing account without going through some garbage requiring my phone number. I don't care about your features, I just want to pay my bill and I can't because web service reliability in 2024 is too hard to accomplish.

App lacks standard features. Account separate from the website account. Cannot sort cars, so I can only see the vehicle that is never used and cannot scroll between vehicles so I cannot see the more recent bill attached to the secondary car. The usual routes features doesn't allow additions, says I've already hit my max (10) and need to delete one before I can add. App often doesn't load.

Great features like real time trip tolls, alerts, easy toll calculation and roadside assistance, but astonishing this doesn't connect with my existing web account and the transponder number needs to be manually linked. At the same time, it's nuts the website doesn't display the same realtime data mid billing cycle. Like the notification as soon as I'm off the highway telling me what the charge was. No login issues like others mentioned.

We need card option for the payment from the app. Only wallet is available at the moment. I can't sign-in online always to make a payment.

Poor design from a usability/ set up standpoint. Unsure why the app uses a separate login vs online website. The largest feature I'm looking for is regarding billing to see my history and payments, yet the app has a focus on everything else but that? Online website is a simple login and one click to get to billing vs app requiring a fresh login set up, then add veh, verify it, then add transponder separate etc. Lol, but why??

Its good to be able to see trips in real time. But the biggest drawback from the getgo is of having a separate sign in. This app should link directly with our already existing 407 account once we put our email address. Also for some reason the app wont add my transponders or verify my plates . So in order to get to the good part of downloading and using this app , please first fix the main issues so that we customers can enjoy using the app for the reason its created . Also too many captcha's.

Looks like there is data leak from this app. As soon as i downloaded the app and registered, got a spam text message saying 'final reminder regarding your outstanding toll bill' along with a scam website link.

Every single time you use this app. You have to go through a first user set up. Get started and provide a phone number. They tried to get MFA but really messed it up. No point installing it just log in via the website.
