Clunky app, with only two Florida, one Alabama, and one south Carolina location. Essentially unusable in Arizona, for the PopStroke here. It acts like you can add a profile picture, but you can't. It hangs alot with a spinning circle loading screen for no clear reason. Interestingly enough, the website doesn't say it has an Android app, and this definitely feels like they DON'T have an android app

This app is completely nonfunctional to the point of frustration when ordering food/drinks. The staff at the bar say they aren't supposed to allow orders in-person, either, but thankfully were willing to make an exception on our family's large (and expensive) order. Excellent customer service, horrible horrible app. i'm with the boomers on this one - you should always have the option of physical ordering, especially with an app this badly optimized.

The first time I opened the app I was presented with an offer to enter their fall sweepstakes. The only problem is it ended two weeks beforehand. Really shows how little they care about this app, which is crazy because it's supposed to be the primary way you interact with their services, allowing you to order food and drinks while playing.

Doesn't even have my location. It's been open for over a month. This is something you should have ready before the place even opened. App is useless for me until then

Wont even send the verification code but requires a phone number to even use the app...

Requires phone number & email to even use. Didn't even input it in. Terrible app already, just for wanting to use a menu.

Only because I had to select at least 1 star to leave a review. Zero stars for sure, so many issues, useless non functional app.

I'm not downloading an app and giving you my phone number just to order food. This is intrusive and I would rather leave!
