This is the worst app. It takes more time to try to log in and wait for it to sync then it does to do the work. Doesn't take entrys and says your still logged into jobs. When you log out there's no record of what you do. Someone please design a better app

Quite possibly the most bloated, non responsive, erroneous, useless, battery draining app ever created in the history of apps of all time! The company I work for really landed in a ditch by trying to cut corners to save money by implementing this poorly developed app. We will be moving away from it sometime this year, yay. I would give this app negative stars if I could. Stay away from this it if you don't want to waste your time or smash your phone out of frustration after it crashes repeatedly

This app is infuriating. It demands location permissions every single time you open the app. There is no way to tell it to stop demanding location permissions, and no way to disable the popup message. I do not now, nor will I ever, allow this app to use my location. It is clear the developer's intent is to irritate the user and browbeat them into allowing the permission just to make the popup go away. Using this app is like slamming your hand in a car door as punishment for opening it each time.

Technician Supervisor

Not enough customization Should be able to select which technician to reassign to for example. History by Site should show more info instead of just the order number. Very hard to look up old orders this way. Once an appointment is closed the tech should be able to view it on their phone or search for it. Customers/clients always want more information weeks after the appointment is closed and the tech is unable to look up the information.

Its a constant pain in the toosh. Complactated. Have to enter the same ingo multiple times, over and over. Difficult to enter info. Entering high quantities is seriously 1 piece at a time so if ording 1000 of something you have to increase quantity one at a time and unabke to just enter the quantity. Surely there is better developers somewhere just not with this company. Use something else!!!! This software has made every day more difficult.

1 star is far too good of a rating for this garbage. I'm not even convinced it's an actual working program that companies use, I'm beginning to think that it's some sort of test to see how long their employees will waste time trying to tap on an unresponsive GUI expecting it to relay your input, and how long they will continue this after they then realize that when it does respond, it enters the wrong value.

Every time when I check the app is out off the screen for no reason. If the person invented this app, please fix it , You don't think what we have to pass for a frustrations in that moment. Is Suck!! 👎👎👎👎

This app is garbage, it don't load, it won't sync and it's always messing up. It needs a full overhaul. If I could give it negative stars it'd be in the negative millions!
