Your app makes it impossible for a member to cancel their membership. It's borderline fraudulent, and I will never become a member again after I figure out a way to cancel my membership. If there was a way for me to give your app less than a one star rating, I assure you I would.

This update has been the worst I've ever experienced. I've contacted customer support and I now have two tickets that have been submitted because no one knows how to fix my issue. They don't have ticket numbers or reference numbers so there's no way that I can follow up to see if my stuff is getting taken care of or what the status is. And I left a review last month about how unhappy I am with the new update and I got a response asking me to reach out and there was no way for me to reach out l.

Set up an account at the local store, downloaded the app, tried to scan ID but got an error that the Android camera service wasn't working. Typed in ID number and got a message that I needed to call them. Went their web site to finally set up my account. Only then did the app become somewhat useful. I was told I could schedule sessions through the app but that isn't so.

For such a prominent tanning business this is probably the worst app I've ever used, plain and simple. Favorite Tan Location only shows random locations 100+ miles away when I have 3 in my town. If it even drops on my location because 1/2 the time it just shows a world map. Should consider creating a search function there. Freezes often/restarts. No clear back button to main menu. How has nothing been fixed in the YEARS I have had a membership???

Very friendly staff for the most part, especially with most being so young (college age-ish) The business itself and the beds are definitely the best in BG. I wish I could say the same for the app. It's August and I've been trying to check in since February. My husband can't check in either, but he also can't get his fingerprint to scan. Customer service says the manager at the store has to correct it for him, manager says customer service is the only option to change it. He's asked 4x now.

Best app rarely works for me. I always have problems whether it is with loggy man, the check in process, or it will just freeze. Half the time it doesn't even work right. For example, today I have tried to check in twice and each time a crashes when I get to the confirmation screen. I'm close to canceling

tip for android users! I, like so many others, had trouble entering my birthday and with the camera connecting. I had to get on my laptop to create my account, but after the account is created there's no problem logging in on the app, navigating the app, or checking in. I was disappointed when I couldn't create my account on the app, and it was inconvenient to my situation to have to create the account on a laptop or desktop, but to me it was worth being able to check-in. Hope this helps!

Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Will let me select all my choices but when I get to confirmation screen where it let's you choose payment type, a window will pop up and it says your salon is not accepting monthly credit card payments. I am not trying to make a monthly payment, I am just trying to check in and pay for my service. I never successfully check in. I have to do it at salon. I am on a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone. Horrible experience. Will uninstall and will NOT be reinstalling.
