Waited 40 minutes and the order was still on pending until I called and then the order can be prepared. What a terrible app and joke of a service. The customer service didn't even offer a compensation only " we will make your order priority" what can I do with that?!!

Worst experience took first of all it took 15 minutes to confirm the order. The expected time was over run by an hour. The call center didn't pick my call for 7 minutes. The resturant wasn't attending phone and line was busy, finally picked my call after trying for 30 minutes to tell me my order is on the way. At that point around 2hrs are gone . Pathetic experience guys dont do a mistake to order from there app.

Ordering is easy, the delivery failed. If I had not followed up (I was given numbers to call! And I shouldnt even be the one doing it!) , my order wouldnt be coming to me. They said the branch who will deliver is default but the system did not put my order to the correct branch. So no.one is actually overseeing if the order has been taken care of??? 👎👎👎👎 when you commit to having an app and delivery service, please DELIVER. Otherwise, dont use it.

I love Nandos. Yesterday I was highly dissapointed when they delivered my food and I opened it only to see that it was all coal. The chicken was all burnt, the bread was old and had no garlic flavor at all. I was so dissapointed because I felt like I wasted my money. The delivery was quick and the food was warm when it reached my house.

Excellent App very easy to use, with excellent service the order arrived on time. Thumbs Up for Nandos one of the best Grill and BBQ food in town. They haven’t compromise their quality since day 1. The Peri Peri Chicken and Espetada are awesome.

I placed order for food at 7:30pm and they showed expected delivery to be 8:44pm but the food wasn't delivered even on 9:30pm , this much delay is never acceptable . I didn't place the order for breakfast , it was intended for dinner . This is highly irresponsible behaviour . There is no option shown to cancel the order also . you are charging for home delivery and yet doing this to your customer .

Please allow payment by card. Using cash payments in the pandemic is not ideal. Update: perhaps needs ux improvements, but the card payment option becomes apparent when confirming an order.

There is an issue with adding credit card details for orders. It always gives me a message saying invalid credit card details
