Hi there, I've been a member for a while and have been enjoying the app. However, I was surprised to find my account suspended today due to suspicious activity. The app is also not supporting mobile verification. Does this mean I can only use a Korean number? If so, are there any other ways I can watch live streams?

If you live in NA east coast, a VPN is pretty much needed to watch streams/vods. Impossible to watch 1080 or even 720p Chzzk without using one. Otherwise, the app works fine but it would be nice for vods you've been watching to resume where you've left off of instead of starting from the beginning every time. Also if you live outside of Korea, you have to upload personal information like your passport to chat in some streams which may be a turn-off for many people.

Android TV support please. app runs super slow since update. takes up to a minute to start up on a pixel 9 pro.

English Option If Possible Please :) There are many Korean game streamers I follow, but I am not sure how to search for them if I can't change the language option it displays to English. I tried clicking on different option from the settings icon picutres but i don't think a language change option exists yet. I would love to still support them on this new platform <3

As a google/android engineer. I would not give too much pushback since this is BETA ver. Give them more time and see how they are going forward, especially for outside of South Korean users. Most of the low stars are coming from outside korea. Which tells me they need to raise their CRM bar of global standards/usability. I would like to circle back a later and see how much it has been improved over the course (stream lag,large chat box,stream replay).You will earn my 5 star once it's improved :)

Almost managed to watch something for 3 seconds without buffering, amazing. At least the horrible category browsing isn't an issue when streams are unwatchable even on 360p.

There are suppose to have 4 Updates WHY this morning I saw it auto change into 3 instead... The subscription button is no more in the apps Kindly please respond back asap!! 😞

I just want to say I try to log in into my account It keep repeating the same code starting over and over again it is so frustrated I need some break of it and I try to verify my phone number in my country the Philippines it not working it is bad, terrible and anything please fix it
