The one time I needed guidance to know if I had an emergency on my hands or not, it worked perfectly. Very easy, very quick. Guidance put me at ease and saved my daughter a trip to the emergency room! Four stars only because it encourages you to enter your email address...I'm not sure if the full functionality of the app is available without email and it's worth noting that I was pleased with the follow up emails for my case. I just don't like that I felt I had to enter personal contact info

Was freaking out because my toddler loves to put everything in his mouth constantly. Went to the website and put the info of the product and it came back that he wouldn't need to go to the E.R. and it made me feel more at ease. Loooove the product scanner feature!! Loooove the fact that I get emails that ask about his well-being after every couple hours. Best believe that I downloaded the app. Definitely recommend

Great app. I've used the web version a few times now (because toddlers) and I was happy to discover there was an app. I for one don't mind when every once in a while I get a prompt urging me to call poison control after I enter in the info, because I know that they will answer the phone immediately and give me whatever information I need immediately, however it doesn't happen very often. Thanks for this app!

Faster than the website (but I still like the website). Same kind of info. I rarely give 5 stars, but poison control has been a help when I felt ashamed and embarrassed and terrified at the same time.
