Very nice app. Enjoying while booking appointments. Very easy to book online appointment. Especially medicine history available for all beneficiaries. In emergency, if forgot to take medicine along on tour, the same can be purchased at any generic medicine shop. When it's server is down then only problem occurs. Otherwise an excellent app

The app of NIC. is very disappointing. I am from Dehradun but this app shows all appointments of opd in all the wellness centres as 0(nil) even at 00hrs and there after . I try upto 2am but of no use. Moreover the appointments of many doctors show as "close" for all three days And on visit on these dates the doctor is available in wellness center for opd. Either this a scam or fault in the app. If we use this app in intervals the server doesn't work . Download is required again & again.

Very good,but not outstanding.There are so many discrepancies. Particularly frequent server problem.

Not booking appointment, not showing Address of hospitals, WC, and default center showing lucknow. Pl update and solve the issue as user friendly

There are two problems in the app. At many occassions, it shows the error that unable to connect to the server. Now a days, even if it gets connected, for online appointment of specialists, it doesnt indicate dates of specialists on visit. How can we book the appointment ?The app was last Updated in 2022, its high time that it needs review and update and corrections, whereever necessary.

Totally ineffective app, whenever you try to see anything, such as referral list or medicine history, it'll crash, when you back it shows pre filled login page, there also you can't login in first go, you've to completely close the app and then again put up all your details. The app should make things easy, like it should allow video appointment and referral. Usually NIC makes good app but this is total failure.
