Questa è l'applicazione si utilizza per gestire i contenuti su un KOMP. Il KOMP è un computer con un solo pulsante che consente gli anziani a rimanere in contatto con la loro famiglia. KOMP è su misura per gli anziani con limitate competenze digitali e una diminuzione della vista, dell'udito o funzionalità fisica. L'anziano deve solo accenderlo o spento. La famiglia o gli amici prendono cura del resto da questa applicazione.

Quando si apre l'applicazione, è necessario inserire la parola chiave del KOMP. Se questa è la prima volta a partire KOMP, la parola chiave sarà visibile sullo schermo. Dovrete essere vicina KOMP configurarlo. Se KOMP è già configurato, si dovrà essere invitati per ottenere l'accesso ad essa.

Placing text on images is really hard. It's impossible to make the creation screen match the preview, and it's impossible to edit the text apart from erasing all of it and re-typing. The creation screen and the preview screen should really be the same screen. Furthermore it should be possible to do group video calls, and to see who is currently calling the komp so it's possible to check with the caller out of band when they will be done, for example.

Worst app ever. Every time it asks me to login. I actually don't have a login for this app so I have to click the back button to be able to use it. Today it said I must log out and then it keeps showing error messages. If the makers of an app cannot get the basics right it doesn't fill you with confidence. I only use this app because my siblings use it to send photos to my mother. It's so clunky and poorly built, that every time I use it I get frustrated. Also, there is no way to contact support

We are really happy with our Komp device and the app. The whole family have connected and are able to send messages and images to the screen without a problem. Video messaging is good on our broadband but we are moving the komp to a 4G payg dongle and experimental calls so far have been a bit hit and miss. We look forward to any future developments. Will edit this review after we have a bit more experience of use.

Useless bot support During a login their process failed and I now cannot login. I have followed the password reset procedure at the end of which the bot claims to have sent an email but it hasn't. The email address I have used is correct and their email is not in a spam folder. I have cleared storage, cache, & reinstalled. It just doesn't work.

Was installed for an elderly relative at start of year. First thing others ask 'can they handle technology?' but they don't have to. Especially wonderful during Co-vid times. I have recently shown relative seaside, spectacular sunsets and walked around my accommodation. I have posted 'travels' from old holidays (pics on phonne) this as distraction and something to talk about. Doesn't need a lot to read. Sometimes I do intro page of words first. Brilliant. I always recommend you.

Bought for our 89 year old mother. It's an absolutely amazing product. It's a real game changer. First day and she's seen and chatted to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She doesn't have to do a thing. Easy to set up and use. The only thing is that you can make text messages private but not photos. Something that has been requested and I can understand that. So every user can see what photos you send. Unless someone knows different. Brilliant customer service as well. Quick to reply

After uploading a picture from the camera roll, you have to start scrolling from the top every time. I would prefer to be able to continue in the camera roll where I left off. This would make it easier to go back to months old pictures. Would also like to be able to upload more than one picture at once.

Was a great device and app until it changed hands recently and since then ther have been a lot of technical issues and Billing issues! Zero response from support where it previously was amazingly quick! Sort it out Komp!
