I had an original device that lasted 10 years and it eventually just lost the zing in the microcurrent. I replaced it with a new Trinity+ and it won't pair to Bluetooth anymore after less than one year, which eliminates the app Trinity+ treatments. I'm giving it three stars because it actually does work but I'm disappointed in the new technology. I wish they would have just kept it simple like the original because that was reliable

Freezes or takes ages to load videos. I'm unable to start new routines or complete the short ones in the morning. frustrating

problems pairing with Android. I have done all the permissions, location, Bluetooth. Rebooted my phone.

I cannot connect my device (Android phone) and cannot even manually add my history... I really don't understand this app and how it can help. People talk about videos, but all I can see for NuBody are just 3 similar videos... is there anything more? Dissapointed is an understatement. I will give some more tries, but so far 1 star is max

Updating my review to say -- thank you! All routines have been restored and are running smoothly in the app. My daily routines with the Trinity+ and Nubody are a permanent staple in my self care routine. The customer service response to app issues or bugs has been nothing short of stellar. I could not recommend NuFACE and their products more.

This app doesn't work with Android, end of story. I bought a Trinity+ during Black Friday. Once it arrived I followed instructions to the letter to pair w/ the app. Pairing failed. Spent about a week troubleshooting, nothing worked so I ended up making a warranty claim. Fast forward to today January 26 and I just now got my replacement. Went to pair it and boom, same issue. Two months of this! My phone is up-to-date & all permissions granted. This is absurd for the $$$ of this system.

When the app works and I can actually get through an entire video, it's great, but I often have to restart the video walk-throughs because it gets stuck on loading the next section. I wish it would just flow to the next section and add a pause feature instead of taking so long to load each part.

the device is amazing and really works. I did not fully understand the app at first and NuFace replied explaining how to navigate. I appreciate their quita d professional response.
