update - app just gets worse... we are going to be changing our carrier as OITVoIP has been an issue for over a year now and their app rarely if ever, works... The app works nice when it works which is pretty hit or miss. Usually it rings but doesn't connect, or pops up for a split second but turns off before you can answer, sometimes it doesn't ring or vibrate, seems to work even less reliably on wi-fi... This app is great when it is actually functioning, but for some reason it crashes every few minutes making it impossible to use. It's a real shame about this since the service itself has always been very good.
