The first screen we see when opening the app, is nothing but a bunch of enlarged blurry photos... Something's wrong! This can't be what you want! Even though app developers must be aware of it (??), it's been like this for months! Also, It shouldn't be that hard to immediately see how much the plan costs. They were able to help me find it, but it's still not very user-friendly. Otherwise, food is great and my dog loves it!

Had to put in password 3 times. Took too long. I got the app so I can get $5 off my next box. Food looks good. I look forward to getting our 1st box. Thank you.

dog food is great, my dog can't get enough. the only problem I have is the website and app. I half of the time, my password will not work, and when trying to reset both the app and website has an issue with my reset. been sending emails and calling the hotline. with no prevail. no solution to this problem. now I'm limited in wanting to pick different things for my dog. developers and analyst needs to have a better solution to problems like this. it would be helpful

This food made all the difference for my dog Petey. He was vomiting after every almost meal and all the changes to the commercial dog foods didn't seem to make a difference, but switching over to Ollie has stopped all of that and we are so grateful. He used to take a long time to eat and pick and pride and poki at his food with lots of encouragement now he gobbles up the Ollie and snuffles around for more!

Switching my dog to Ollie has been the best. My Kingston is excited to eat. He licks the bowl clean, and there is no waste of product. The app makes it easy to change anything as well as address any concerns I may have. Yes. it's a bit pricey, but my Kingston is worth it.

I just started using Ollie and my two little girls love it. The website and app are great. Feeding instructions right on the front page. Love how they are concerned about their digestion and other issues.

so far my dog has been thoroughly enjoying the Olllie fresh meal recipes. I've noticed an increase in my dog's energy considering that he's on his 7th year a reduction of eye boogers, his bowel movements are perfect every time and when I have a damaged package of food they go out of their way above and beyond to replace everyone period I've been very impressed.
