I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

Sadly there is one consistent failing of the app. The cancel order functions are iffy at best and you don't get a refund if they store can't fill your order. Like because they are out of food, or they had to shut for some reason. I know the app can't possibly track individual stores but the store can't cancel your order. So be aware, if the store can't fill your order and you press cancel your money is probably gone.

Terrible App - cost me $20. App sent my order to the wrong location. I went to the right location and the app asked me to check in. it does not show the location. once you check in you can't cancel the order. you can try, but it will just throw an error "something went wrong, try again later" go to customer service and you cannot leave feed back because it goes to a blank screen.

App doesn't find the closest location to your person..I have had this happen a few times now (because I forget that it does this) where I'm sitting at a location and do a mobile order just to find out that it is at a location 15 minutes away! There is no way to cancel the order after it's been placed once you realize your mistake! I have lost time, gas, and good food over this inconvenience!!😡😡 grrrrrrr

I had accumulated enough points for a combo. I selected to redem it. However, the combo wasn't added to my cart, which is the logical location for it to go. I was so frustrated because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to find where it went. So, I complete my order. Found it in "scan" which makes no sense if you are using the app to place a mobile order. Take a page from the BK App. When you select an item to redeem, it takes you to the item to customize. Then you add it to your cart.

What a BS... Couldn't use loaded deal before it expired. And I know it wasn't. Also any time if you leave the app for a minute or so, the checkout basket is erased. Why not let us add items to order first if you want to lure us with small deals. Wasting my time with false deals that might be too good or don't work is worse than not having great deals to begin with.

I'm writing this here because none of the customer service, feedback or FAQ links to the site or app actually work. There are regular menu items not available to order on your app, but have always been on your store menu. Also some menu options that you cant make on the app. Seems odd that your feedback and contact links on your web page/app dont work as well.. Like your food tho. The people in my local store are great!

Not allowing passwords over 16char brings technical competence and security mindedness of this app into question. Especially when you deactivate users with longer passwords. It's 2025. Password character limit hasnt been a thing for at least a decade. App used to support long passwords but my account was forced locked because it was too long. Sounds like a regression to me.
