This app serves no purpose. I installed, created an account and responded to email. Load app, asks what size bucket and that's it. No way to pay. No way to add a credit card. I went online and searched. Found a PDF from another company. It says to go to pro shop and have them add money to the account. Seems kind if stupid and in my case, my driving range doesn't have a pro shop. PDF mentions adding money using ball dispenser. That option does not appear. A waste of time.

Bogus deal. Since there is no way to add a custom dollar amount, you are likely to end up with unusable "left-over amounts" that can't reasonably be spent. Between that and not offering a discount for using the app (at least at the place I tried), I have no idea why this app exists. Don't waste your time.

We have been using this app since Dec. 2023 and love it. Our local range upgraded to this on their machine. It is fast and very nice to be able to see my balance remaining before I leave the house.

Used to work fine. Lately it's hit or miss. I can't see my balance anymore which is shady AF. What the heck happened on the last update

Sign up email verification lagged and once set up, could not even access my profile to add money. I'll stick to using my contactless credit card or NFC payment on my phone.

Impossible to access after 10 + attempts. After entering name in Sign up gives an "invalid name" msg. Waste of time...

Old app worked well, after update it no longer works. Other phone with old app still works. Did you test this new app before releasing it?
