Desperately needs notification preferences. This app has improved since launch, but it's still a notification spammer. You get a notification every time the school sends you a message (which is often), but you also get a notification to say you've got a notification! It should also be possible to mute non essential notifications like achievement points. It's not fun getting dozens of pointless notifications every day.

My school switched to this from Satchel One and it was a downgrade. It's nice that you can see positive/negatives, exams and attendance as well as homework but the set up is horrible. It's tedious and frustrating to having to sign in every single time even if you only went off for a minute and using the app is just as annoying (especially how it doesn't move completed homework to a separate group so it's out of the way and doesn't show which homeworks are overdue in an obvious, visible way)

Okay so, edulink one is a very good concept, however, the app constantly kicks me off and asks for me to re-enter my login which is annoying but bearable, but by far the worst thing about this app is how often it crashes or claims to have been disconnected when I am very closely connected to the internet, this sometimes results in missing crucial information, such as the app (and browser login) being down all weekend so we cannot access homework! This is outrageous!

Parent here. Annoying multi-colour interface, tons of homework notifications (not my concern), a useless inbox (imagine Outlook showing you 32 lines thst just say "new message")... Near invisible progress bar at the top so you can't tell if the app is doing something unless you search for a clue... Interface hasn't changed in years. I hate it. Hate hate hate. Saddened me when I learned my kids' school were changing from Satchel One to this rubbish which I'd tried at a previous school.

Terrible app (and overall programme even if using the desktop version) for daily use as a parent. Messages cant be deleted, only archived, and has to be done by opening each message and pressing archive - not helpful if you have multiple children and a school that sends loads of messages daily. No search function for messages so nearly impossible to find a message from a week or 2 ago easily especially as they cant be deleted either and soon build up!

Rushed and terribly executed port of what was so very obviously an iPhone app at first. Interactions as well as the UI and stylistic choices are very very obviously those of Apple, which makes this stand out like a sore thumb on an Android device and repeatedly behave in ways that an established user will find to be counter-intuitive, confusing, or just downright broken. In particular, the back button behaviour is truly *painful* (because iPhones don't have back buttons). If I'm looking at one homework assignment and press "back" to see the full list, I'm instead taken back to the login screen... in what sane world could that be considered the correct behaviour? The way the video at the top of this page says "available across all platforms" whilst clearly showing a MacBook, iPad, and iPhone just about sums it up!

This app is not great on Android. It's very easy to get logged out by tapping the wrong area on the home screen. I also used it to do an online teacher meeting and it launched in a Chrome window with a warning that the microphone was disabled (because of the Chrome settings on my phone), but not providing any way to enable it. A better app would open the microphone settings on the phone.

Flaky...... but great when working as intended!?🤔😬😁🤞Shows VERY basic important information..... but gets into trouble if pressed for additional data..... then seems to kick you out and not let you back in? Great potential in a key area of information importance..... then the app drops out. Sad this happens. I'm now locked out and not sure how to proceed?? Hopefully the school IT team will be able to come to my rescue?
