My appointment randomly disappeared without a trace. No notification or anything. It was there one day, and gone the next. Then, the app stopped functioning entirely, not allowing me to book another appointment.

This app has been a pain from the start. I couldn't log in when I first got it without my employer needing tech support, and I haven't been able to open the app for days, it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I have restarted my phone, downloaded and deleted the app, and nothing works.

14 DEC 2022 App stays stuck on the "Paired+ is loading" screen. This has been happening for 24+ hours now. Hoping to see a fix in the app soon. Before this current issue the app is well organized and easy to navigate through.

It won't let me book appointments because it can't find a payment method and won't let me add a payment method. They said the server was down but that was last week

ever since the upgrade this app will not load. I have uninstalled and re reinstalled several times and still does not work. it worked wonderfully till about 2 weeks ago

I don't get notifications from this app. It is quite annoying to have to constantly check my schedule. I think it is an android issue.
