1 dollar soup deal doesnt work. I spent 30 mins trying every combination and eventually just added every item in the menu to see of it actually works. Nope. The deal just doesn't work. Dont advertise it if it doesnt work... Then the app slows to a crawl when i add too many things and gives me a warning saying i must remove an ingredient before i can continue. The problem is the message pops up non stop, slowing the app to unusable. Lastly the new layout just sucks when choosing customizations.

The app is atrocious. They dropped support for group orders. The navigation between the menu and ordered items is clunky. Then when attempting to add coupons, sometimes clicking them doesn't work despite them being for a qualifying cart or item. Additionally if you do not sign up for the texts, the app itself provides NO indication of the order's status as well. This is probably why everyone prefers ordering through Doordash and Uber Eats.

Navigation is cumbersome. Promo codes don't work. ("SOUP" said I don't have a qualifying item in my cart, but I read the fine print and made sure I did.) When I click the "add qualifying item now", it emptied my cart! I had to start the order over completely. The app's "your food will be ready" time estimates are horrible. (They seem to assume the team has nothing else to work on.) For how much the food costs, the app should be MUCH better.

I used to be able to order, apply rewards & promos so easily. It seems every time I try to use a reward, it MIGHT give me eligible items if I haven't already selected them, but more often than not it makes me completely start over & choose my location, pick up preferences, etc. I tried at least 10 times last night with same results. Often, it would display a screen for choosing items & the soup salad & sandwich categories would literally only show soup. I finally got fed up & ordered elsewhere.

08/29/24 - The new customization page in the app is AWFUL! Who decided the "selected items" at the top of the page should be fixed & take up THREE-QUARTERS of the screen? The actual interactive portion is now barely enough to use your finger to scroll, with entirely too small with itty bitty tiny pictures. The previous version was ideal, worked well, and was user friendly. Fire whatever UX person created this.

The app is incredibly frustrating. You will accumulate an order, and then the app will change the order to something you have previously ordered. I recently ordered a bagel pack customized, and after checking the order three times it reverted to a previous order. It has done this multiple times and the employees at the store blame me for the mistake. It's unfortunate and frustrating.

The app now entirely fails to function if you don't give it constant (spyware) access to your location. It crashes whenever something is sold out, it lags constantly with worthless time-wasting animations, it takes far too many confirm screens to actually get your meal started, and if I give a low star rating in-app, it simply refuses to send it!

This app has been hit or miss for over a year. The latest is you can no longer "reorder". It used to be quick and simple but then a few months ago the ease of reordering got a bug. When you press a button to reorder, the cart button shows up but nothing is in the cart. So you are forced to create an entirely new order. Fix it please.
