The QR code for ordering directly redirects to the Google Play Store instead of opening the menu. It would be more convenient if scanning the code simply opened the menu so customers can place orders directly, rather than requiring an app download. A seamless ordering experience would be much better. Hope this can be improved!

One of the worst applications when you download it they give you 50 % of but when you pay, the discount is only a few riyals, and they add things that aren't reasonable to your receipt and also the prices on the app are different from what you pay It's the first time I ordered from the app, and it will be the last time I eat from that restaurant

Very very bad service they took the amount and after waiting half an hour one guy contact to send location after sending the location waited till 2 hours and there is no response, once we contact them he said your order is cancelled and they took from me and give to another delivery guy , if no one contact you please contact call center. Once I call they said your order has cancelled. we will send you again, but nothing, after this I told to cancel and refund my amount. Untill now no response.

Worst experience ever They kept me waiting for my order for 1 hour then I called them to Know what is the wrong, the lady said it's cancelled from our side!!!!they didn't even informed me unless I called!! This never happened with me before with any restaurant They didn't even think that they waste my time waiting for my order and then get nothing

I placed order from app waited for 1 hour and the store did not receive the order. Really horrible service and wasting customers time.

Items advertised are not on the menu. The 55 for 13 chicken for instance is missing on the menu. Selection of different pieces is not possible. The choice is between original and spicy only. Texas mostly delivers freshly fried pieces. Something my family absolutely loves about them. Please upgrade the options to what is available in store. Thank you.
