It's a pain to customize orders especially if you would like to do a like sub like can be done in store. Payment processing has been issues like only one gift card can be used at a time, our most recent gift cards can't be used in the app. While I do tip, they automatically add in a eat in withy tip for takeout. I am done using that app for takeout orders. It good for looking at your king of the hill status.

3 Big issues. 1. I still can't apply gift cards to my account. 2. The availability of beer, both in cans and on tap, is not accurately reflected in the app. 3. Despite the app requiring my location, it still produces a three digit code for our server. When it comes to #3, I know you guys bought those silly phone-based server devices. I'm sorry they didn't pan out like you wanted, but maybe you could tie the phones and this app together? Get the app to produce a QR code for the server to scan.

Think the app is broken in Android 12,when opening locations the app crashes, think it's related to Android 12, tested on two different Android 12 devices. Cleared cache, reinstalled app and issue persists, location permissions are granted. Worked fine on Android 11.

I'm unable to register my King of the Hill club account on your app. I'm able to log in & view my account online, but when I attempt to register my account on the app, I get an error that says "no matching guests found." The same card number gets me into my account on the website, but the same card number cannot be "matched" on the app. Please help. UPDATE: Notice other reviewers have the same issue, and no one from Iron Hill has ever replied to any of us to offer assistance. DO BETTER!

App is solid. Very straight forward. Note: if you're having trouble registering it may be because you registered in the restaurant and all you need to do is clicc on "forgot password" and set a password for yourself

EL SUCKO. If you try to log in with the member number on your card as it stipulates it won't work. If you log in to your online account through a laptop you get a different member number which also doesn't work. Email address worked but not with the actual current password, I had to change it. Finally registered with app. THEN, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT LOCATION LOGGED IN TO THEIR WIFI IT DID NOT FUNCTION. NO WAY TO "CHECK IN" , NOT FUNCTIONING. Other people so sitting near us had similar problems.

Trying to set up my account didn't work after entering all the information including my valid KOTH card number. That was after having to click 500 plus times to get to the correct month to set my birth date - there was no way to easily scroll to the correct year and month. Poorly written app!!

It's functional and gets the job done. For koh members: it won't let you use your reward discount. An error message pops up when you try to apply the discounts and you have to either call in the order or pay full price.
