App needs to be fixed. I keep trying to scan documents and send them over and every few seconds the app loads up and continues to load. Every other time I try to send a document I get an error message, "can't download to SD card." I'm not trying to download anything I'm trying to scan and send my documents.

Overall it's okay don't like that I can't see my pay per load on my mobile device also even though the load has been removed from accepted loads or canceled it still show in 30 days so if you get mutiple loads out of the same facility it becomes confusing writing wrong confirmation numbers or closing out the wrong one if a load has been removal from a driver there is no need to see it anymore 🤔 kinds just makes since to me seeing finished loads ok that's great

I've been using for 3 years, was pretty good at first but not anymore. Now it constantly locks you out while sitting still, constantly fails to actually send documents uploaded to it, constantly crashes/freezes/glitches, periodically has to be removed and reinstalled. App gets significantly worse with every single update.

The automatic lock that activates when the app senses movement is absolutely beyond annoying. Every time I try to scan my bills, the app locks up as if I were driving. This increases the time it takes to submit my documents greatly. If we're using the app, we're obviously professional adults here. Why are we having to deal with what is in essence a child safety lock?

The app is unusable it always thinks you are driving for 50 out of 60 seconds it takes 10 mins to do something that should take 1 it was better when you could continue to message you dm when it did the driving lock thing. This needs fixed

A multi million dollar company that cant build a decent app for drivers what the hell is non driver. I'm guessing they mixing the employees (office) in with the the drivers. U begin regerstration and there u go. No kind of dashboard it's getting to be too much it should be very simple to log in and go from there

just downloaded. now i know why everyone sayd they can't see loads. I have both apps, and can see my load on the old app, but this one doesn't show my load. already dislike it. If the old one is taken down, we will be worse off than before.

App was better before update . Shows your moving when sitting still and locks you out . Why keep changing it when it was easier to use and navigate before
