Please give back my home and back buttons at the bottom or at least a setting to have them always shown. Also still waiting for having licence number shown on the top blue bar together with the work order number. Bad setup for phone use. No support for paying customers with even the simplest of changes to make the app work better and easier for for the people who actually use it. Do not buy into this service. We use it because we have to, not because we want to.

Takes far too long to upload videos on android and if videos are too long (6 minutes plus) then it crashes from time to time and loses the video, infuriating and time wasting. April 2023 update-Still awful. Set my video quality to lowest resolution and app still crashes when videos are approaching 7 minutes long. Last 2 videos have been 101 and 103Mb, gets stuck at end of processing stage then app suddenly closes. Happens on any Android device, all up to date including app. AWFUL.

This application crashes far too often & kicks you back to your devices home screen requiring you to login again. This happens both on Android & iPhone. The camera can also fail to open when trying to add a video causing the app to crash to the home screen again needing you to sign into the server again. Main dealers, spend the money on a better system such as kerridge and stay away from this one. You have been warned.

Able to copy and paste again but if for some reason you double tap the save button by accident after filling out the relevant info, the app kicks you to main vhc screen and clears all written work?? Have done on a few occasions and boils my blood

Loading time to long, having in mind that technicians monitored on idle times, every update causing more issues every time, not reliable app. Message for update sending me to Google store and update not there, just option to open the app.

The app keeps getting better. When recording a video the flash should stay on for all the different videos unless it is turned off by the user. There should be a feedback link so the users can let the pinewood know what needs to be looked at.

An error has occurred when connecting to the Pinewood DMS. Please try again later.......This is all this app says 90% of the time. How can we be efficient and productive with this trash. I must spend an hour a day trying to clock on/off jobs.

Since the update the App does not work keeps coming up with error and when you finally do get in it will kick you out in the middle of putting on a healthcheck
