Most of my prospects are still telling me they are not receiving the media to their text. Switched back to the old app, and they are receiving the video. I'm at a real disadvantage with only one video to use. I put myself in a campaign over a week ago, and I haven't received any other text or emails outside of the initial one.

The new app just is not working properly. I had to install several times and cannot get it to work properly.. Results after contacting the owner? Excellent! Thank You LS Corp. I did call and tech took time to explore the problem and it is now working fine.! I appreciate your taking the time and making the effort to eliminate the problem..

Worst experience with an app ever! I've been stuck for over a week with no prospects transferred from Prospect by LegalShield. I have 900 plus stuck in the old app! I can't add new prospects so I'm adding them to the old app that's going to be shut down! I've had several tickets for assistance with 2 s responses that I followed their instructions with no charge; that was over a week ago! Just wondering, can I use my LegalShield Membership to call on this? Waste of time and my money!!!

There's no way to update my profile with a new number and email. I contacted tech support, and they said my new info was updated on their end. The app still shows incorrectly. I reinstalled the app, and it's still the same.

Not really enjoying my experience with the new app. When I try to send a video after entering a group code, it freezes up and doesn't send anything. I have to log out. I tried uninstalling and installing it again but it happened again.
