App logs you out if you have to open another app to pull information to fill out reservation request. It's a pain to use. I would replace the U In Shuttle with an "i"

Even though I uninstalled and installed new one it keeps me in a loop and won't let me into the app...

Worst shuttle server ever! I had a reservation for 3:40 AM to go to LAX. I wake up to find that they have cancelled my reservation because they did not have a return trip, and I guess it's not worth their while just to drive me. I called a yellow cab, and it was actually cheaper than these hucksters. You made a reservation because YOU NEED TO GET TO THE AIRPORT - you cannot trust these people to get you there. Should be zero stars, but I do not have that option.

Terrible app. LAX pop up covers bottom half of screen. No way to delete or move. Can't enter required info because it's hidden by Pop up. Website no better. It's frozen and can't get past first page after entering all the required info. Based on other reviews about actual service going to look for better company.

FRAUD!!!! Don't book with them. They kept changing my pick up time. Two mins after my already delayed pickup time I contacted them all of a sudden they said the driver has mechanical issues. The airport is over an hr from me. I had to frantically get an uber which cost double the money!

I honestly wish 0 star reviews were an option. The pick up location was a mess, customer service is a joke, and my ride was 30 minutes late. They told me they didnt have drivers going in my direction. What is the point of making a RESERVATION ahead of time...if the company cant organize their drivers.I would have ridden in the trunk of a strangers car vs dealing with this.

Wow! This app is buggy! Can't login. Can't select destination. When attempting to do so, it resets and asks you again for your pickup and destination locations.

App and ride tracking is dreadful, details of where driver is were invariably wrong and misleading. The app crashes a lot too. Service from PrimeTime was terrible. Do yourself a favour and find another way.
