There are like 3 different portals that don't talk to each other. If you pay in one it says you have a bill due in another. If you get a message it sometime appears in one portal and other times in another and there's no knowing which it will be, never both. It doesn't have all your medical info. Logging in is a nightmare and if you get it wrong they lock your account with no way back in. They're so wonderful on the phone but the app is too chaotic

Have to log in again every time and don't get notifications from it, so you might as well use the website.

The app has a lot of options but none of them work. For example if you click pay invoice, an error pops up. The app is only good for messaging. Nothing else opens or is accessible on the app

Appalling app that should have been a website. It's a simple WebView that forces you through a security theater of a full login for EVERY login. And it loads the same Accessibility-hostile janky non-darkmode WEBSITE that's on desktop. What a waste of engineering resources. 2 stars because at least they support TOTP for 2FA.

Responding to messages usually results in an error unless I start a new thread, there's no way to get email notifications for new messages, and there's no way to disable two step authentication every time I log in.

It would be 4 stars if it was reliable. When you're able to access the app it is great, but it always crashes when trying to login.

Just awful to use. The company is pretty good to work with, but this app, and their disjointed communication options are definitely the low point.

As someone who only uses the mobile app for progyny, I am very happy with how it showed me exactly what I needed each time I logged in.
