The Propertyme Desktop version is good but the App version is useless and recently can't even use to send or reply email cause the App response time is so lacking and often freeze. Very frustrating especially when you are outside. Hopefully development team will fix this issue, otherwise it is pointless to have App which is not working properly, just going to disappoint the users.

No customer support whatsoever. If you forget your password the app has no option to reset it, it will just block you after failed attempts. Contact customer support and you will receive automatic messages. Go to their FAQ, and the geniuses didn't even think to add the question in there. Poorly planned, poorly designed, poorly managed. If it could be zero stars, it would be.

Really like the idea of the app being on mobile, but without the email/messaging functions it is next to useless for most day to day tasks. I would love to be able to send off work orders or check messaging history for a tenant on the spot when I am out. Full access to the desktop features need to be added for the app to be useful. Otherwise, would be a fantastic app and I would probably use it more often with the above added.

Most useless property management app!!! Property Me has absolutely no way for property managers to work collaboratively on work Exit and Entry inspections. The only way you can do it is by sharing a login, which isn't secure and it's well behind other property management applications. Can't believe my agency was stupid enough to switch us to such an awful unusable app.

The camera options on Android are terrible. This app will not allow me to change the settings so I can always have my flash on auto - after every photo, it reverts back to flash off. This makes it very hard to use for any reports. Please fix.

Every time when I do PCR report and taking photo through the app, it will freeze and I have to restart it. And of course I'll lose the data I just entered. I could only us photo library to upload photos, but it only allowes me to upload one photo each time.

Terrible application, Real estate agents demand communication is via property me platform but is not even designed for that. Fails to login in everytime when want to login for a maintenance request as Tennant. Forced to use desktop, website login. When need to add photos , OMG that is a whole new issue..

Like many others here, I can't get past login. Even though I have full access and the account is valid, I keep getting the app tell me that I have no valid properties and doesn't allow me to log in. I hope you didn't just part the Apple app code.
