ScreenOnPC è stato progettato per consentire agli utenti di eseguire le seguenti funzioni: 1) eseguire il mirroring dello schermo del telefono Android su PC; 2) controllare e far funzionare un telefono Android su PC utilizzando mouse e tastiera; 3) copia e incolla testo e trasferisci file tra un telefono Android e un PC.

Supporta comodamente la connessione WiFi. La connessione USB è supportata anche su Windows. Supporta una connessione protetta e crittografata.

ScreenOnPC è costituito da due software, un'app server in esecuzione su un telefono Android e un programma/app visualizzatore in esecuzione su un dispositivo visualizzatore. Un dispositivo visualizzatore può essere computer Windows, macOS o Linux. Può anche essere un altro telefono Android.

L'app Server ha due versioni, ScreenOnPC Lite (gratuita) e ScreenOnPC HD (versione a pagamento).

Per utilizzare un telefono Android su PC utilizzando mouse e tastiera, la funzione Accessibilità nelle impostazioni di sistema deve essere esplicitamente abilitata dall'utente. La funzione Accessibilità è limitata alla sola esecuzione delle istruzioni impartite dall'utente. E l'app non memorizza e/o condivide alcun dato a cui si accede tramite la funzione Accessibilità.

ScreenOnPC has been designed for users to perform the following functions: 1) mirror Android phone screen on PC; 2) control and operate an Android phone on PC by using mouse and keyboard; 3) copy-and-paste text and transfer files between an Android phone and a PC.
