Has been great for 4 years all of a sudden it's messing up my phone required permissions to access phone . Done every thing I can think of but just won't go away . It getting to me now and it's only rams doing it . I look after company vans over 20 out on roads . I have asked ram to help but nothing .

App was a big part of the selling point when we chose to switch to RAM, hasn't worked for weeks now but according to support I am the only one with an issue. The reviews would suggest I'm not the only one!!

What a load of poo, this app was really useful and worked spot on, now it's crashing my phone, and it's been redesigned by absolute bananas. Seen this happening more and more, design team a load of pony.

Does not work, I'm getting notifications of moving asset but I go on the app and it's showing it hasn't moved, if this was actually being stolen there is no way you could use the tracker to recover it,

When the app is working it's good for seeing where the vehicles are but the other functions just crash every time i use them. Half the time the app doesn't even start up

Always crashes and can never get into it. Always goes to blue screen and stays When it does work, it's great.

Worst customer service, sales perso. lied to get the sale, and when you need to speak to someone, it's next to impossible. sent emails, no one called or replied to emails. If I could rate this company, it would be negative.

Poor update. The new android display is not as good clear as the V2.3.4-UK. Only shows part vehicle reg and not the direction of travel as it did before 'update'.
