This app performs its essential function, and that's the only good thing that can be said of it. Why in God's name the developers thought it'd be a good idea to push a 10-20 second download every time you do anything is beyond me. You need to restructure the process as follows: Client: "Has anything changed?" If YES: Server: "Here's what's changed:" If NO: Server: "Nothing's changed." The amount of labor hours this would save your customers every year has got to be in the tens of thousands.

This app constantly reports that it is unresponsive while fetching data from the server. After enabling all permissions possible this app continues to ask for enabled permissions every time you launch it. Every action taken within this app requires a download from the server when it could be downloaded and stored on the device in cache or a new subdirectory.

Im sure it has some fucnctionality, but it seriously looks and behaves like a high school students programming class end of year project. Looking at the reviews 2+ yrs of bad reviews. When do you take a step back and realize that your team doesnt have the know how to execute and need to stop embarassing yourselves.

This app is literally the worst thing you can utilize. It takes years to load up, crashes frequently enough to loose sanity, and logs you out of the app anytime you switch to Google or Apple maps for than 10 seconds. It's a buggy mess that no amount of software updates can fix. Every day that I am forced to use this app for work I lose my sanity to the point that therapy will not help me.

Absolute frustration. The ambition of the app seems to outstrip the developers ability to provide a stable product. In the course of a weekend it went from functional, if not perfect to a broken and frustrating experience. I have to keep force closing the app because it just freezes everything. It's corrupted my geo tagging and it's eating up battery like never before. Update: 5-17-23. The app has become less functional two years on. Using my camera app crashes the program now

App crashes all the time. Doesn't track GPS properly. Throws off Google maps and will put you half a mile down the road from where your stop is supposed to be. Sometimes it saves the notes you input sometimes it doesn't. Way too many issues for the amount people pay to use it. Technical support is sub par, when they try to walk you through an issue they tell you to do all the steps you've already done then it still doesn't work and they blame your device.

This app is miserable. Ugly UI that is confusing to get around. Confusing app design and constant refreshes that make no sense. Constantly puts you half a mile from where the next stop actually is and is overall just a confusing and broken mess. We had to go two days without it in when they updated it last because the update broke the app. It also randomly crashes and forces me to wait for it to load up again which can take up to 10 minutes if I'm in a place with bad service.

A truly miserable user experience. This app hogs massive amounts of battery power and freezes and crashes constantly. I've been using it for 3 years and it has been consistently unreliable. If it weren't for the constant crashing and excessive power draw when active it would be fine, but these issues have persisted for years. As an app meant to be used by workers on the road with occasional poor cell service it does not meet expectations.
