Very difficult to problem solve. Connecting through Bluetooth almost never works. We've now not been able to see any data on our system for over a month and Redback don't respond... Zero customer support. They just refer you to the installer when the problem is with their software or hardware. I'd recommend looking elsewhere until they resolve these serious bugs.

Redback Support is non-existent. I have left several messages recently asking for support all of which went unanswered. It now appears the issues I was experiencing (wifi connection lost) were at Redback's end not mine. Had they bothered to contact me it could have saved me hours of pointless troubleshooting my system when it was their issue all along. I suggest you choose an inverter made by a Company that actually looks after and cares about their Customers because Redback clearly don't.

Good app, does the job and has some handy insights into my power usage. One thing I'd like to see in future is the ability to enable notifications that tell you when you are experiencing a blackout as often I don't know until I walk past an appliance that isn't on the backed up circuit 🙂 if I knew I might turn more things off before I discharge my batteries...

Good app that gives all the info you need on a phone. Crashes sometimes when you open it but clearing your cache gets it running again. Web portal can give much more info, and if you ask Redback to eneble analysis is absolutely awesome data. I am very happy with the Redback Hyrid Inverter after a years use. Great in a power outage. As an electrician, I highly recommend Redback as a hybrid battery/solar solution.

About 80% of the time when i open app it says something went wrong on our end and i cant access any info. Also i have victron app for my car and caravan which is much more informative and gives a lot of control to the user. Very basic app that only works occasionally.

App works first time everytime. Personally I would like to see the refresh time lowered from a minute to say 30 seconds to help give an estimate on what an appliance draws. Also like the suggestion that it would be helpful to be able to input your feed-in tarrif. Otherwise very happy with the app and the system in general.

Works well no issues. I've given 4 stars because it is a very basic app. I would like to see some more features such as notifications when battery is full, or, at least an effort at feature parity with the web portal.

Didn't seem to be any issues like others have mentioned, give good general information about power input/output. I would like a graph option to see the battery and grid consumption over the day rather just an overall day total, so I can optimise my appliance usage.
