I've had a fine experience with this and the company I work for but here lately I've been experiencing very bad bugs. firstly, it'll log me off randomly after a day or so. When it does that I get no notifications from my company. The second issue i keep running into, after I log back in sometimes it'll tell me, my company has taken my access away. But then allow me in after a couple minutes. I don't want to give a one star because I like the app so I'm going to leave it at 3 for now.

Literally so frustrating. Have to use it for work but it's the glitchiest and most frustrating app I've ever used. 90% of the time it either logs you out, clears out every single message, or "removes access to app". Or all three if you're lucky 😍

I work for a very large company. Unfortunately they chose this app to communicate with its employees. Nobody can read the messages that are put out because there's no ability to zoom and they are too tiny to read. I don't know of anybody who uses the app anymore because of that. If we had our choice we would kick this app out of the company. If your company forces you to use it you're in the same boat we are. If you have a choice about which to use,I recommend you find something else.

This update is completely useless. I have messages saved from over a year ago and can't access current ones. I attempted to contact support and they reverted the issue to claim my manager must not have given me access, which was ridiculous , was receiving the message and then it was completely lost if I attempted to re-open it a second time. The original version worked fine, you messed up a good thing. The app does not deserve 1 star.

Unfortunately the last Android update has a built-in pdf viewer that does not allow to search or zoom any pdf format file that is attached to any message. Please reconsider your built-in pdf viewer and go back to the older version. It was a better one. You can also allow users to be able to change the default pdf viewer. Stop making unnecessary updates. Thank you.

Needs work. Half the time you try to load an image the app crashes. This is a problem on iOS and Android as my coworkers have issues as well. Edit: after a year and a half since my last review, this app has only gotten worse. Now you can't send pictures in the app at all or it crashes. I'm changing to a 1 star. Every single other free messaging app I have used works better than this. If my work didn't require it I would have deleted this a long time ago.

Edit. Since the newest update I can no longer send pics/screenshots. Payroll always messes up my shift pick up bonuses so I send her the screenshot of my supervisor's msg about the bonus. And lately the app has been crashing once a week. I cant do 5 stars for this app anymore..... Love this app! I never have crashes or any issues with it. Especially like that my supervisors can send messages out so we instantly know what's going on. It's so difficult to depend on everybody to "spread the word."

After the last Android update I lost the ability to toggle between weeks in the forms section. Example: our company has a file that includes weekly information, when I select a date the dates info appears although when I select a different date the previous info is still displayed. Fellow employees who use IPhone are not experiencing this problem. The only fix I found to display a different date was to Uninstaller and to install which leaves me repeating the process with no different results.
