Fraudulent service and Simply cheating the customer with the technology. Very worst app with irresponsible customer service. I ordered fruits and vegetables but at the last minute,they simply cancelled the order. They charge high delivery cost even if the purchase amount morer than 1500 and delivery time also too along compare with other online mart. Better to buy from local shop instead of this head ache pothys mart service.

Fraudulent service... All the ordered items are not delivered and no proper response for the refund of items. The customer service team is very pathetic. The Fraudulent amount is less than 100 so that nobody is running behind this and the other source of revenue for the POTHYs team. A big scam with small amounts !!!

Placed a grocery order on the 11th of September and it was delivered on 15th September. After delivery it was found that mushroom (2 nos) were not delivered. The amount was however included in the bill. I reached out to customer support through mail, whatsapp and call. But I have not received any reply from any support. I kindly request for immediate action to be taken. Order number 8132. Kindly refund the amount for the mushrooms which were not delivered.

Application is good, but pothys not delivering on time, they're purposely delaying the orders to next day. No one attends the phone call and if asking the customers to buy from different place like Saravana stores for quick delivery.

If I click on place order it again comes to home page, kindly fix the bug

Why this app not working perfectly?? Before it was working , now it says Account disabled.

The app is not user friendly. The algorithms are not properly aligned with input a customer enters. Although the products are there but they don't show up whern searched. Horrible waste of time. The developer should take help from at least 10 frequent users of online grocery shopping and thus improve the app. It's a great loss to Pothys.

Good app for home delivery and reasonable prices for Vegetables and groceries. Online payment method has been removed and only COD option and GPay on delivery option is available which discourages the user from ordering using this app.
