I have been having a problem with the app since early December. The app is taking extremely long to load and also to open the tabs so that I can add an appointment. If I manage to add an appointment, then I need to add my kilos for the logbook, but the app crashes before I can add. Please advise as I am currently not able to open the app without it crashing and can therefore not book my viewings, kilos or give feedback to the seller. I have sent an email but get no response.

The app is crashing all the time, I cannot even load appointments. No feedback from email support, Facebook or direct number provided. Expensive to have but the trouble I'm experiencing lately is not worth the trouble.

I absolutely love this app BUT since early December it takes an eternity to load, and adding new appointments and properties takes multiple attempts. It's become incredibly slow and as such has become terrible to use.

I’ve used different tech tools in my business for years and had not been able to find a tool that schedules viewings and allows me to share them easily via WhatsApp until now. Roundr does this, and does it really simply. I also really like that Roundr is responsive as a business and puts user suggestions into development

In my opinion any estate agent who is not using Roundr is not serious about their business. It's an absolutely vital resource and I don't know how I managed without it. Not only can I keep track of my properties, sellers and buyers, with their latest version I can also keep track of my life! Very handy when you're as busy as I am! The other thing I really love about them is their responsiveness. It doesn't matter if it's a query or a comment or a problem - they respond so quickly. They really make you feel like your business matters to them. Any company that treats me like I treat my clients have got my vote. Thanks Roundr.

The app was good at 1st, but it's of no use now as it keeps loading without opening. My colleagues are having the same problem, so it's totally not a problem on my side.

Really fantastic application for Property Practitioners. I use the app to set and track all of my viewings and feedback to my clients from the viewings. It also integrates with my CRM system from Propcon so that I can handle my admin on the run. My clients love it too and often comment on how professional it is.
