My Dog is more intelligent and easier to work with. As an example??? change your duty status from driving to on duty. simple enough right? enter the ending odometer reading for your trip. you're on duty. then switch to off duty. the odometer has not changed but the software gets lost. doesn't know the location example number 2. verify your logs at the end of the day. everyday I log in I have to re-verify the previous day. and the truck hasn't moved always location. I don't have a wormhole.

Was on until update... ever hear the expression, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?" Well, the designers of this app should've kept that in mind when updating it! It was already confusing with a lot of extra stuff on it that can't and shouldn't be used... but then it was updated and it is just as jumbled but now it even more spread out and takes 3 full pages to scroll through in order to complete your duties

It functions well overall. But, the route screen constantly refreshes, and I have to scroll back down to where I was. That gets tedious near the end of a run. My biggest complaint, however, is that the navigation needs to have its own screen, not combined with the route screen. It takes up too much room and really distorts the routes stop buttons. The navigation accuracy is dubious at times as well.

Absolute trash. Constant problems that nobody seems to know how to fix, multiple shutdowns, login issues, hos problems, you name it. Hands down one of the worst hos and logging apps I've ever used. I shouldn't have to delete the app and redownload it to work, but I've had to many times. For being such a large company with the kind of money they have, it seems spending money where it counts isn't on the agenda

Very easy to use just read the tabs and follow the prompts. Also being able to add a log is very convenient. There is lag when the system is updating but that to be expected. I would like to beable to email my logs to my self. This would be very helpfull with part time employee or such people who need their previous eight day records with them.

1) Poor for normal phone, would be MUCH better on a tablet. There are no supports for tablets on Ryder trucks so phone is necessary format for those trucks with a phone holder. 2) I would like very much to have access to the logs on my home computer. I use Linux, not Windows and not Apple. 3) As a leased driver, I need to move my logs between companies and this does not allow that. My only option is a 34 hour reset between companies. 4) Where is there any training for this? I come from IT background and I have had to depend on that skill to understand and use this app. I do NOT recommend this app. Is this someone's first attempt to program an Android App? That would be a basis for giving it an Average rating. Now comes the recent more specific problems, including frequent hanging up in Drive status. Surprise change of login seems to have stuck the app in a condition unable to log out nor to log in. I had to wait for the weekend to figure to uninstall and reinstall. That fixed that issue. Frequent problem before today's reinstall was a long delay in change of status from Driving to On Duty and would not allow me to manually change it to Off Duty during some such delays. During the process of adding my breaks into the reinstalled app logs, I found how to do it after the fact. May not stop the potential violations if I get close to a long period of work without breaks. I have thrown comments into "Add Notation" after such issues to work out later.These comments are LIMITED to about 140 characters. My recent discoveries may have enabled me to avoid the problems in the future. This app does not engender loyalty to Ryder as a good support for the ELD mandate. I can however imagine worse. I DO want better for Ryder.

This app has connectivity issues, loading issues, location issues, log in and out issues as well as many other things. I'm completely floored that any company would accept an application like this. There are actually free ones that are much better. This is going to cause a lot of drivers to have DOT issues. In fact I would not be surprised if that is already happening. Multibillion-dollar company with a Dollar Store application.

This program needs an overhaul. Not to say it isn't good to a point, but it's glitchy, and slow at the best of times. Even on new devices 8n place of the shoddy phones Ryder supplied. The program needs a bit more utility, and streamlined access. Though it is going in the right direction.
