The order tracking feature on this app is frustrating and non-functional. After placing an order and then coming back to track the order in the app after SavRx has sent a shipped notification out, the tracking feature displays a screen of miscellaneous garbled characters. This same result is obtained everyday, even after the order is received. My wife has an iPhone and uses the App Store version, with the same results. Garbage!

I've been using this for quite awhile now. Went to refill a script a couple days ago and it wasn't working. Tried again today & it's the same thing - blank screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn't working. Very frustrating. Please fix!

It's a great app once you figure out how to create your profile. I get my scripts on time, no more calling and waiting to talk to someone. But to create a profile takes a little time. You do have to go onto their website and put in for a quick refill, once you do that, use that RX# to create your profile on the website. Once you've created your username and password on the website, go into your mobile app and sign in with those credentials. That's what worked for me anyway. Good luck

App no longer works. I just uninstalled it. It's very inconvenient since they had sent my meds to an entirely different place, then I'm even located. They sent my meds to 2 seperateans different home, both being NOT MINE/ME!!!!! SAV-RX is going down the drain. (Didn't want to give 1 star, but it made me)

will not even open, I hate that my insurance makes me use this company. It is not easy to get refills. The app never works, and you have to call in every time.

This app used to work well but now everytime I log in and try to renew my daughters script it times out. I have even logged out of wifi and tried and its the same thing. For about a year now I have been battling this and I'm over it. Will be looking for a new way to get my daughters meds.

APP SUCKS! Everytime I download and attempt to open the APP, my phone crashes, and restarts... Can't even get it to open! Wish it worked! Would be nice to be able to order Rx's via the APP!

This app sucks balls big time. I have the same problem you all are having. The rx number is not valid .and i called and they say to try what i already tried. I deleted it. I give up. Again...this app sucks BALLS. AND I TRIED NO STARS BUT I HAVE TO PUT 1 STAR AT LEAST. RRRRRR
