Awful service. Cancelled rides multiple times. Havent tried them in ages b/c of this poor customer service in the past but wanted to give the small local business a chance again, and very disappointed. Will delete for good. If i did my job this poorly, people would die.

This app needs an overhaul. It's outdated & unreliable. There are times when it doesn't work properly in getting a car.

Bait and switch. They show you the same price for cash and credit card. When you arrive, they boost the price if you choose card payment. My ride showed $60 on app with card payment in car. Driver said no when we arrived and he called Seaman and they said to add $23 more because of card payment over cash. Bad business. Will never use this scam company again.

First I was told 3 mins. The guy shows up 13 mins later. Then the driver had the nerve to charge me $15 for a $11 ride! I called the dispatch to complain. Spoke to a person named "Max" who barely spoke English. "Max" had the nerve to agree with the driver and say that was the price. I asked him why was it $11 the last time I called, he told me there was nothing he can do! Well when my company requires a cab for visitors and clients, I'll recommend another car service. Sorry but now there's nothing I can do!
