This entire software is hot garbage. It's not always intuitive to find things and make adjustments. I always have sign in issues and have to try to sign in 5 times before I can finally log in. For medical insurance they push to have your card be digital which is great in all if you could log in. I really miss justworks.

I generally like the app, but the care concierge feature is useless without push notifications. I miss important messages 100% of the time and then the RN closes the chat as "resolved" and I have to start the process over again (and be informed that I will hear back within 24 hours, fail to respond in time, and start the process over again, again). Also bad design: Rightway (care concierge) logging me out of that embedded app, have to close and re-open to use it.

As complicated as it is trying to understand how your benefits work, you'd think that they would at least make the app easy to use and without bugs or issues. The ONE time when I need to use the app to access my benefits ID card it told me I need to update to the latest version. I did the update and cannot even get to the log in screen now. I try to open it and it just closes out and asks me to send feedback as if someone is going to immiediatly jump on the problem and get it fixed. Terrible app

Painfully unreliable and broken. I can't do something as simple as check my pay stubs. Others at my work on iOS have no problems but on Android and Windows (using Google Chrome) it's not functional at all. Support is Unhelpful. Even when I'm detailed in attempts, they give me instructions that I've obviously tried then closed my case. When I open the support ticket in the app, I'm unable to back out of it without force closing the app. At least I'm still getting paid, but wow.

Ditigal is great for some things. Digital ID cards are not helpful when most doctors want to see the physical cards and it took months to get them. Finding providers through the app is good but it does group together some strange things (PT/OT/Speech Therapy/Massage--there are 2 OTs in my area but I had to sort through pages to find any kind of OT).

Started out liking the app and thought the concept of the care concierge was pretty cool. Howver I quickly learned that it takes them days, if not weeks, to perform simple tasks. Basically came to the conclusion that having the app is way more stressful than not having it, and that says a lot for a wellness app.

Good potential and layout, but severely lacking in the very important Find A Provider feature. Because it uses ONLY zip code for location, it will find results closest to the center of that zip code rather than where you ACTUALLY want! Why? It should allow you to use a full address for accuracy! Being able to skip the tutorial would be nice too.

I currently can not click any of the buttons. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This is the only access I have been given to my health care plan details. When it was working, it was great. I love this concept. However, this is usually an emergency use app, and if we cannot access it in an emergency, it's a huge problem. Whenever I am able to get in I'll be writing down my plan details to have a physical version in an emergency.
