Worst app. They don't give physical copies of the reports and the app is so buggy that you can't access them here as well. Saying we are going digital and actually going digital is not the same. Highly irritating and disappointing application.

Looks like app does not work with any features. It display list of attachments, but we could not download. It always gives 'no file found' Also we are unable to view our past appointments history App crashes in middle due to NULL error

I don't know how you got 4.1 rating with 20% of output. I am unable to see test results though a list is there. Only bills i can see. Not upto date about doctors and where they are available. I request you to resolve the issues posted with low rating. And also concentrate on app performance too

Good hospital.. but app is not ok.. i was expecting Fernandez is very good at digital things.. Options are there in app but everything is manual or does not work.. scan reports won't be available in app..they won't provide soft copies of scans.. looks like they are not using app fully yet.. attachments are empty or no file found.. Fernandez should realise good maintenance of App is equally imp in this digitalized world..

The app doesnt open at all even after trying multiple times. How am I supposed to access my reports when the hospital is not providing hard copies. This needs to be taken seriously by the developers and fix the issue as I have been facing it since 3 months and it still persists.

This App needs a lot of work, it doesn't go with the reputation of the Hospital. Slow loading, back button doesn't work, even the payment system needs upgrading and lot more. I hope the team can work on it soon.

The best hospitals in the city. I have just admitted my wife here for the normal delivery and it just happened. The efforts of each nd every doc, nurse, staff everyone made this easy. Special mention to the midwifery person's who were the most important in the delivery process. The rooms and the wards were just amazingly maintained by the staff. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible, horrible app. Can only upload images as attachments, doesn't accept PDFs, The quarty keypad hides the file name tab. To use it, feels like an exercise to increase patience in patients. I felt like throwing my phone against the wall.
