App is very buggy, messaging in particular. Images and videos dont go through. Regularly it says you were disconnected from the conversation and you have to reconnect. Open conversations disappear from the "open" tab and randomly become closed etc. This is a medical app. Reliability is the #1 priority. If you're doing messaging in-house, please outsource the technology ASAP. You're not Facebook or Google.

This review is for the app specifically, not the vet service. I am extremely frustrated with this app. It doesn't give me the notifications of messages despite the fact that my phone allows notifications from this app. It also doesn't upload photos and videos I uploaded for the vets to review. The only thing that works right is the making/canceling appointment and messaging texts. Nothing else works properly, and it is beyond frustrating.

HELP! The live chat upload photos does not work for Android -- it says no photos on the device. Very important for troubleshooting and live 24/7 support feature.. please fix!! I recently switched from iPhone, and didn't have any problems with this. This is extremely important as a main telehealth feature of the app... Troubleshooting pets problems with photos... Other bugs such as scrolling to the top of messages when opening a chat instead of opening the most recent message also occur. No notif

Review is for the app, not the veterinary services. I tried to join small door but everything has to be done through the app (no web based log in system). But the app keeps crashing on me (android) before I ever get to the log in screen so I can't do anything...not even make an appointment. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least 4 times and still crashes in the same place. I recommend checking to see if the app works for you before joining the service.

This review is for the app not the vet service. The app doesn't allow me to upload pics to the messaging service and I have ended up having to email them instead. Not a big deal but not an ideal user experience. The app also doesn't send notifications and when I've tried to click the "support" link it says it's not functioning. Please update this!

While the veterinary group is fantastic, and I would highly recommend them and their work, I cannot say the same about this app. Every update seems to make it slower buggier and more difficult to use. At the moment the app is non-functional. I hope this changes soon but until then it's not worth having on your phone.

it's nice to be able to text and email with my concerns as to whether or not I should bring my boy in to the vet and to get good solid professional advice. and if needed, with the small door. it's 4:30 a.m. and I just booked an 8:30 a.m. appointment 😄
The Stones
Like no other vet I've been to before. The place is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. The price is reasonable too. There's a monthly membership fee that covers nearly everything. It's a lot more budget-friendly than plopping down the vet's fees all at once and comes to about the same. I am confident that both my son's cats and my little HoJo are getting the best of care.
