Extremely slow, bare bones and unfortunately every single time I close the app down I have to reset it as the authorisation button doesn't work. Not only that, because you have to scan a qr code, I have to have a second screen available with the qr code on, so unless I print it off and keep it with me I have to wait until I'm home to even access the app. Honestly appalling for how important this app is.

It would be useful if the scan for azure barcode button would also include the option to open an image containing the barcode. My organisation has provided me a barcode in a pdf. Would have been nice if I could have just screen shoted that to an image and then read in the image using the scan button instead of having to either print the PDF or load it on another device so that I can take a picture.

Just installed to try to sync my shifts with my calendar automatically, the app asks for permission for GPS location for no obvious reason, then it's just a white screen. When I did use it on a previous handset I found the app very poor with limited functionality. They need to bite the bullet and bring in a competent app developer to build a new interface from scratch with full functionality.

Horrible experience. Honestly, there must be so much better off the shelf solutions available. Been using this for booking COVID vaccinator shifts. The app is super slow, there is no way of showing vaccination centres on a map or just seeing which centre actually has shifts available. Once booked, the 'my shifts' tab just doesn't work. The homepage of the app also doesn't have any use that our st john's ambulance manual mentions? It really shouldn't be such a massive pain to volunteer.

Truly abysmal. If I worked for this company, I would be ashamed that this had been released. On my ‘preferred device’, the installed version does not support QR codes. Forced to use a different device. During registering / logging in, it tells you to press the ‘next’ button or ‘scan’ button, but these do not exist. Instead there are icons which are probably meant to represent these functions, but they are 80% missing off the bottom of the screen – and that’s in portrait mode. In landscape mode, they are probably so far off the screen, they are simply not accessible. Being able to recognise the screen size is a basic function, so why not use it?

What a pile of poo! Using it with St John Ambulance. Very difficult to find anything. Very slow. Often just sits there with blank screen before saying an error has occurred. Waste of my time. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, re authenticated so many times. Not fit for purpose. Avoid!

Far too basic. Only shows shifts for a week, in a basic text view. Have to integrate with another calender to be able to do what this app should do already. Seems like it's an app for the sake of having one, rather than bringing any decent (or even basic!) functionality

When i 1st installed the app 18 months ago it was great. Last week it suddenly stopped working stating they is an unknown error. I have unistalled the app and attempted to install again twice and it will not link with the registration code. Its now saying cant connect to server. Dont know whats changed in last few weeks but I know alot of my other colleagues who have android phones are having the same issue.
