Unresponsive, and difficulty in using. Booking for next month is not possible. When a app is designed for older people, it must be user-friendly. Once you enter the details you cannot find the confirmation button. Verypoor designed. Before pushing for compulsory installation, efforts to rectify the bugs have to be made. No wonder the rattings are so low.

It's a useful application. The notification details are of past period, Not for the forthcoming events or information. It's useful for booking appointments. The appointment is useful only to get the Token? The There should be an Option to change the users, without logout ie switch between husband and wife to book the appointment. I have log out and login again for wife. Back Button exits the app and doesn't go back to the previous screen.

Good initiative, but more to improve. Looks like some software students have developed this app. A single login may be provided within that drop down may be provided to select particular card of that beneficiary. Once the card is selected, all features should be available there, for example claim details should be available when click on the tab without entering any other details.

Everything goes fine, except appointment related information unable to find at the particular time slot I have taken the appointment by ECHS polyclinic. We have to keep a screenshot for validation if my claim that I have taken registration for the particular date and time. That appointment information of date and time slot should be available for the whole day of appointment.

This version 2.7 is much Improved than what has been available till early 2023. Why UNINSTALL preveous version requirement is not understood. UPDATE as is availble for all apps feature in Playstire should be provided. Current method is not user friendly. Feedback on polyclinic option is very good. This should be available in home page itself. How does one get action taken on a feedback is not clear. May be in the same feature add a box of what OIC PC OR RC OR CO ECHS responds.

Information retrieval and accessing option is a complete mess, I don't understand which 67 year old application engineer they hired to make this mess. Young people has the intuitive to understand and operate this app, but what about older individuals, this is not improving any life style but rather another downgrade system.

Pathetic. Installed this app on 06 May 2024. After regn, Got the msg- "Alert -You have successfully REGISTERED". But can't login to e Clinic. Tried multiple times. Can't login.I also observed that you can register here umpteen no of times using the same regd mob No and same 4 digits PIN and everytime you receive an OTP. Once you validate the OTP, a/m MSG is displayed that- You have successfully Registered. But you can't login to e Clinic. In the name of God, can you help me?

Overall booking experience is good but when I changed polyclinic of one of my cards it is showing polyclinic change approved but when I am Goin to polyclinic they are saying that it is there with old polyclinic...due to which I am facing so much problem in treatment l. I hope developer team will understand my issue...
