App is very buggy and won't let you change your payment method. Service area feels non-existent

Overall, the current is good but you must increase the time duration atleast till 9 pm so that every person who works out or have some travel problems will be resolved. Moreover, it is observed that the rides booked for saturdays and sundays are cancelled sometimes because of drivers unavailability which is a major draw back. So, owner should focus on these 2 points. Despite these issues, drivers are coperative, mannered, always on time and try their best to give us comfort. Thank you!

It works about 50% of the time sadly. Love the concept, but some work needs to be done with the app's reliability. I've scheduled several rides hours/days in advanced that end up getting cancelled without reason.

Register online, not using the app. The service is in theory amazing, but in practice I can't figure out how to book a ride, it just keeps telling me I can't book a ride with my current settings. I don't know what that meant because there are no settings to mess with. I need this service but it looks like it's still not ready for me.

Service areas are ridiculously tiny. Ive been wanting to try The Current for months but it seems no matter the distance I'm wanting to go in any direction, it lands outside of the serive area.

App sucks, the service areas in the city are too small. No service area in most of Vancouver. especially Mill Plain

What a joke, honestly. Scheduled a ride to get us somewhere by 9 am, the app said our ride would be here by 8:20, but then didn't show up until a little after 9. Don't ride ctran if you need to be somewhere on time, because if you do you'll end up late, unless you leave hours in advance.

I don't think this service exists anymore. No matter what it can't find me a ride and when I emailed them I got a message back thst the email failed to go out.
